CFO Outlook 2024 is an in person summit in Stockholm.
Dinner
Dinner is included in the ticket investment if stated. Dinner is not included in a no cost ticket. Terms are if you book dinner and cancel later than 7 days prior you still have to pay 990 SEK + VAT even if the dinner was included due to venue cancellation policies
Theme Discussions in Stockholm
As the Theme Discussion option link is sent out you can choose which you want to attend. You may change your mind until a session is fully booked – you may also change your mind during the day if there is space left.
EBG will connect you as groups having chosen the same session prior to the summit. Giving both You and each moderator a chance to prepare.
EBG encourage you to prepare questions and send them in together with experience You would like to share with the group!
All EBG ask of you attending is that you join (based on choices you make) the Theme Discussions available.
Cancellation terms
Registration is binding but you can replace your presence with a colleague at any time (the same if you have received a no cost ticket). If EBG | Network need to cancel the conference, tickets will be credited a future or re-scheduled conference.
EBG is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event.
If you have received a ticket from an Expert Organization the registration is binding but you can substitute your attendance with a senior colleague.
If you have receive a no cost ticket and do not join the summit nor send a colleague (not a consultant) to replace you, EBG will invoice 2 000 sek + 25% VAT.
The conference registration include
One day conference, lunch, incredible networking opportunities and Post Summit Page – dinner on April 24th is voluntary
Should people be prohibited to meet in person EBG will enable all sessions online.
Changes in the program
Occasionally changes beyond EBGs control is needed such as change of speaker/moderator, timing etc.
Data protection/GDPR
Your registration details (name/company/title, switch board number/email address) are only shared with conference expert organizations. Expert organizations may share delegate details with sister company/ies. They may contact you – who they are can be viewed under Expert Organizations which is updated continuously.
They are prompted to treat your details with care and allow you to decline further communication when desired. Your details will be saved by EBG and you will be sent invitations to free of charge webinars and information about CPO Outlook, Source 2 Pay Summit and Sourcing Outlook. You can at any time email EBG at gdpr(at)ebgnetwork.com and in writing ask to have your details erased or opt out in each email. You can view EBGs Privacy Policy here
Unforeseen events
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “unforeseen events” means any cause beyond EBGs reasonable control including, but not limited to, internet failure or breakdown, online tool crashes, pandemics, acts of terrorism, governmental requirements, acts of local or central government or other competent authorities and industrial disputes.
EBG shall not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions or in relation to your booking to the extent that the failure is caused by unforeseen events.
Should we be prohibited to meet in person in October all sessions including Theme Discussions (round table discussions) will be held online.
Photography during the conference
EBG may take photos during the summit and possibly others themselves. If you do NOT want to be photographed please email anna(at)ebgnetwork.com and we will do our best to prevent any photos of you being published. We cannot however guarantee it.
VAT
Since January 1st 2022 local VAT must be added to all physical EU based conference and event tickets or participation costs invoiced to all EU and non EU companies (prior reverse tax liability was applied) >>Learn more here
B2B services in respect of admission to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar events will be taxed at the place where those events actually take place [Article 53 of the VAT Directive]

Payment options
EBG | Network do not send out paper invoices. A PDF invoice or e-invoice can be issued – or you can pay via credit card. Credit card payments are made via Payson. Payment is to be received prior to the conference dates. An invoice is sent upon registration, payment terms 30 days for registrations made until 6 weeks prior to the summit, after that 20 days or less.
